Updated

  • SLI flow: Based on user feedback, we have removed the 'request-based' and 'window-based' concepts from the SLI definition step, as they are more relevant to SLOs. As a result, SLIs are now purely indicators—whether raw metrics or a composition of metrics.

  • SLO Targets: You can now set new target operators - ≤ (less than or equal to) and < (less than). This means you can now define SLOs like around error rates, latency and data freshness!

  • Exclude Behavior for Window-Based SLOs: You can now instruct the compute engine to exclude empty data intervals within a window. This ensures that any intervals with no data are entirely omitted from the computation, both for the numerator and the denominator.

  • Flexible SLO time windows: Removed presets from SLO time windows for rolling windows. You can now set custom time windows in seconds, hours, or days.
